When: Monday and Thursday
Time: 6:30pm or 7:30pm
Location: INDOORS at St. Elizabeth ( 610 Longworth Ave, Bowmanville, ON L1C 5B8)

September 9, 12, 16, 19, 23, 26, 30 October 3, 7, 10, 17, 21, 24, 28 November 4, 7,
4 Weeks (Nov): November 11, 12, 18, 21, 25, 28 December 2, 5 *NOTE* Week of November 11th and 12th are going to be Monday and Tuesday and not the regular Monday and Thursday**

What to Bring
All you need to bring is 2 dumbells with you. The KFW team will bring everything else, from plyo boxes, to battle ropes, to agility ladders, to kettlebells.
What size dumbbells?
How heavy your dumbbells should be depends on your current fitness/strength level. Most members bring 10, 12 or 15lbs.
Your coach will bring slam balls, battle ropes, agility ladders, kattlebells and so on! Get ready for some fun workouts.
Once you've registered
Please add info@keepfitwomen.com to your email contact list. We will be sending out more information closer to the start date. By adding us to your contact list, our important emails are less likely to end up in your junk mail.
Can I drop in to other classes, if I miss a session?
At KFW, we pride ourselves on our expert coaching and quality sessions, every session! We aim to provide our members with one-on-one motivation and feedback during their workouts.
Because of this, we have a strict guideline for the maximum number of members in each program, to ensure we are always meeting our quality standards and providing our members with the best experience possible.
We train our coaching teams across all divisions to get to know members, their unique goals, and facilitate an intimate group atmosphere during session blocks.
Because of these strict quality standards, members are not able to exchange classes outside of their scheduled sessions.
What if it rains?
Rainy workouts end up being the MOST fun!
