We’re excited to announce the launch of KeepFit HQ, our sister company and dedicated small group training studio in the heart of Downtown Bowmanville. As part of this transition, KeepFit Women will no longer be offering KFW FitCamp® or StrollerFit programs in Clarington. Instead, you can continue your fitness journey with us at KeepFit HQ, a co-ed studio offering small group training classes in a brand-new, intimate studio!

At KeepFit HQ, you'll have the flexibility to join through ongoing membership plans or purchase class passes to suit your schedule and fitness needs.

Please Note: KeepFit HQ and KeepFit Women are two separate companies. Policies, gift cards, systems, and memberships for each are unique and are not interchangeable.
