Refund policy
In Person Programs, Workshops and Events: Refund requests for any reason for any in person program, workshop or event must be requested a minimum of 3 business days prior to the event start.
Refund requests due to injury or illness will be provided at a prorated amount.
Online Programs, files downloads and Resources: Fees are due in full prior to the course start. Due to the nature of the program content distribution, all online programs are non–refundable.
A $20 administrative fee will be charged on all refunds, no matter the nature of the request.
Our drop-in workout refund policy allows for refunds within 24 hours of the scheduled session. Refunds are subject to a one-time 20% administrative fee per single drop-in session. If multiple drop-in sessions were purchased, the administrative fee applies to one session only, while the remainder are fully refundable.
Any unused or missed sessions are at the sole discretion of the registrant and thus, are non-refundable.
Apparel Refund Policy:
At KeepFit Women, we are committed to reducing waste, which is why we make each item to order. If your item doesn't fit as expected, you may return it for a refund or exchange for another size. Simply ship the item back to our head office within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is in its original condition. We kindly ask that you double-check sizing information on the product before making your purchase to minimize returns. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our sustainability efforts.
Switching Classes:
At KFW, we pride ourselves on our expert coaching and quality sessions, every session! We aim to provide our members with one-on-one motivation and feedback during their workouts.
Because of this, we have a strict guideline for the maximum number of members in each program, to ensure we are always meeting our quality standards and providing our members with the best experience possible.
We train our coaching teams across all divisions to get to know members, their unique goals, and facilitate an intimate group atmosphere during session blocks. Because of these strict quality standards, members are not able to exchange classes outside of their scheduled sessions.
Weather Policy:
Our weather policy for outdoor KFW FitCamp®️ is “rain we train, storms we reschedule”. This means that in the event of rain, our sessions will continue as scheduled. In the event of a storm, the session will be rescheduled. Members will be notified 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time if a session is cancelled.
Our weather policy for outdoor KFW StrollerFit is that in the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, snow etc) the session will be rescheduled. Members will be notified 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time if a session is cancelled.
We will make every effort to rescheduled cancelled sessions due to weather at a time, date and location that serves the majority of participants. All members will be notified of rescheduled sessions.
OTHER POLICIES
KeepFit Women and all KeepFit Women licensee owners reserve the right to change the class schedule (location, day or time) on occasion when the need arises. Although KeepFit Women makes every effort to maintain a consistent schedule, there are times when adjustments to the schedules are unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding.
