What are KFW workouts like?

Our signature KeepFit Women style is a hybrid mix of resistance/ strength training, HIIT, agility & speed workout, plyometric training and lots of FUN!

Every workout is different (to keep YOU wanting to come!) and every workout is designed to leave you feeling like you had a GREAT workout. As we say, SPICY!🔥

Why should I invest in KFW?

There is no better thing to invest in than your health. It’s easy to justify the cost of your daily Starbucks or that expensive new phone, yet many people hit a mental block when it comes to spending money on their own wellness. It’s time we start making our health a top priority.

By accepting the cost to enrol, you get so much more than fun, challenging fitness classes. You also get nutrition resources and support, accountability, and tools that help you measure your results. Ready to make your transformation?

What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring is 2 dumbells with you. The KFW team will bring everything else, from plyo boxes, to battle ropes, to agility ladders, to kettlebells.
What size dumbbells?How heavy your dumbbells should be depends on your current fitness/strength level. Most members bring 10, 12 or 15lbs.

Your coach will bring slam balls, battle ropes, agility ladders, kattlebells and so on! Get ready for some fun workouts.

I am pretty into fitness, is KFW FitCampⓇ for me?

In short, HELL YES! KeepFit Women hires the best of the best coaches. That means that we know how to adapt the program for everyone! And that includes people who are looking for a high intensity, leg shaking, sweaty workout every time! We got you! 

Im 6 weeks postpartum, is KFW StrollerFit okay for me?

You can start KFW StrollerFit as soon as you get clearance from your OB/Midwife, which is typically at 6 weeks postpartum. Moms join us from 6 weeks postpartum right up until their kiddos enter JK, so you’ll be in good company!

It is important to note that every mom’s pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey is unique, so we encourage you to listen to your body and be mindful of your healing.

Our coaches are here to support your return to fitness, focusing on modifying movements as needed and gradually easing you back into your workout routine. We also have healthcare professionals available for referrals if needed.

Our coaching team is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where you can connect with like-minded moms in a similar stage, fostering a community that understands and supports your journey to being a STRONG, fit and healthy mama!

What if I haven't worked out in a while!

If you are brand new to fitness or it’s just been a while since you challenged yourself physically, our programs are the perfect place to start. Our coaches will walk you through variations of exercises so that you can complete the workout at your own level. Our coaches are knowledgeable and are ready to help you anytime you need, providing you with all the support you need along the way.
