This summer, we're bringing something new to KeepFit Women, and it's designed with real mom life in mind.
KFW Mama Walk + Pilates is our fresh take on outdoor stroller fitness. It's social. It's flexible. And yes, it's actually fun.
What to Expect
Each session starts with a group walk (or run, if that's your speed) along the beautiful waterfront trail at Heydenshore Park in Whitby. As we move, we'll stop at movement stations for quick, stroller-friendly strength exercises, nothing complicated, just effective moves you can do with your little one right there with you.
We'll wrap up with a guided Pilates and core-focused workout in the park, giving you that deep core connection that so many moms are looking for after baby.
More Than a Workout
Here's what makes Mama Walk + Pilates different: it's not just about the exercise.

All you need is a stroller (or carrier) and a willingness to get outside.
Location
We'll be meeting at Heydenshore Park along Whitby's waterfront trail, one of the most scenic spots in Durham Region for an outdoor workout.
