KFW Strong is a brand-new 8-week strength building series launching Wednesday, July 8th in Whitby, led by Dani, your KeepFit Women coach. It’s designed for women who want to build real muscle, increase confidence under load, and finally train with a plan that makes sense.
Eight sessions. Eight weeks. One progressive program built around you.
What the program looks like
Every Wednesday at 9:30 AM, you show up and train. No guessing what to do, no piecing together a workout from Instagram, no wondering if you’re doing it right.
Dani coaches you through a progressive strength plan designed to build week over week. The focus is on foundational movement patterns, lifting mechanics, and actually getting stronger, not just working hard. You’ll receive form corrections and personalized coaching throughout, so the skill you build in week one carries forward into week eight and beyond.
This isn’t a general fitness session with weights thrown in. It’s a dedicated strength series with intention behind every session.
Who it’s for
KFW Strong is for women who want to lift heavier and feel confident doing it. You don’t need a background in strength training to join. What helps is showing up consistently and being willing to learn.
If you’ve been in group fitness for a while and feel ready for something more structured, this is a natural next step. If you’ve never lifted before and want to start correctly, this is also the right place.
