We’re excited to officially welcome Dani Nicholls as the Division Owner and Coach of KeepFit Women Whitby–Oshawa. This expansion brings KeepFit Women’s signature approach to women’s fitness in Whitby and Oshawa, offering community-based fitness programs designed to help women move consistently, feel stronger, and stay connected, without pressure, extremes, or unrealistic expectations.
Serving women across Whitby, Oshawa, and the Durham Region, KeepFit Women Whitby–Oshawa offers women’s fitness programs that focus on strength, conditioning, and confidence-building movement. Led by Dani, these KFW Programs are intentionally structured to support real life—busy schedules, changing seasons, and the desire to feel good in your body while building consistency over time.

Dani’s return to Whitby–Oshawa is a full-circle moment rooted in community and movement. Having grown up in the area, she brings a deep understanding of what makes local, community-based fitness so impactful. Her coaching style reflects that foundation; thoughtful, approachable, and grounded in the belief that fitness should enhance your life, not compete with it.
Her background in athletics and team sport continues to shape how KeepFit Women Programs are delivered: with structure, purpose, and a strong sense of belonging. Every KFW Program is designed to help women feel supported, capable, and confident in their movement.
