The Goddess Getaway 2027: What's Waiting for You in Costa Rica
Share
Most of the spots are gone. That tells you something.
The Goddess Getaway runs February 9 to 15, 2027 at a private luxury villa above Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica. Most rooms sold out within weeks of opening. A handful of spots remain. This is what they’re for.
This isn’t a fitness retreat. It isn’t an escape from your life. It’s something quieter than that: a week where everything is handled, and you get to actually be somewhere beautiful for once.
Here’s what that looks like.
Where you’re staying
The villa sits above the Pacific coast in Playa Hermosa with ocean views that make you stop mid-sentence. The Whale’s Tail is visible right from the deck. Rooms have private balconies, ensuites, and the kind of space you don’t realize you need until you’re standing in it.
Six nights here. Accommodations, meals, and transfers all included.
What a day actually looks like
There’s structure, but it isn’t rigid.
A morning workout or mobility session to wake up your body. A nourishing organic brunch at 10:45 from our professional chef team, freshly made with dietary needs handled. Afternoon yoga to quiet everything down. Then the rest of the day is yours.
Some days that means the pool. Some days it means a massage on the deck with a full 180-degree view of the Pacific. Every single guest gets one, included, no upgrade required. One afternoon is entirely given over to a DIY spa setup with local blue clay, coffee scrubs, and eye masks. The kind of slow, unhurried afternoon people talk about for months after.
Two excursions are built into the week: a trip to Dominical beach for sunset and dinner at a local restaurant, and a hike to Uvita Waterfalls, a tucked-away jungle gem worth every step.
If you want more, optional add-ons are available: surf lessons, reiki and reflexology with Carly, an additional massage, a personal training session with Jeenie in the onsite gym, or a National Park visit. None of them are required. That’s the point.
Food and logistics, handled
A light breakfast at 7am, a big organic brunch at 10:45, and dinner at 5pm. All prepared fresh by our professional chef team. Allergies, dietary needs, and celiac accommodated. You won’t have to think once about what to eat all week.
Flights, alcohol, and local gratuities are the only things not covered.
Who you’ll share it with
Jeenie and Carly co-host the week. Carly manages the on-the-ground logistics, the property, and the wellness programming. Jeenie brings the movement and the KeepFit community thread into the experience.
No prior KeepFit experience needed. The retreat is open to all women.
The group is capped at 12 guests. Small enough that you’ll know everyone by day two. Big enough to feel like a real thing. No strangers in a crowd, just a small group of women choosing the same week to finally put themselves first.
What past guests say
“I had a lot of reservations about going on a trip without my kids and doing something for myself... but it was the best thing I could have done. I feel like my cup is so full after this retreat. I made beautiful connections with other women in the group but also restored a deeper connection with myself again.”
— Rachael Lynne
“I have never felt so content, complete, at peace, nor have I ever met such a beautiful group of supportive women.”
— Ash V.
“This was my second time and it only got better. What a beautiful week.”
— returning guest
