What can I expect at a KFW Drop in Workout?
In short, a 45-60 minute wickedly fun and effective group workout for those who identify as women.
A KeepFit Women style workouts mean we combine everything from resistence training, to agility work, speed work, HIIT training, plyometrics, mobility work & more. Every workout is different, so we will keep your body guessing, and your motivation peaked!
At KeepFit Women, we prioritize form, safety, inclusivity, support, empowerment and FUN! Come give our workouts a shot... we are confident that you will love KFW as much as our 1000+ other members have!
What do I bring to a KFW Drop In?
What to bring to a KFW FitCamp®️ drop in?
All you need to bring is water!
The KFW team will bring everything else, from plyo boxes, to battle ropes, to agility ladders, to kettlebells (and don't worry, we will teach you how to use them all. Demonstrations are always part of KeepFit Women workouts!)
What to bring to KFW StrollerFit drop in?
Water & your little cutie in a stroller. Feel free to pack snacks, a blanket and whatever else your wee one might need. We have the rest covered!
P.S. KFW StrollerFit is a mom friendly zone. No worries if your baby is cranky, if you need to stop and feed, or if you need to carry your little one all workout. We provide a wicked postpartum safe workout, and work around your little one's needs!
Please note for regular full KFW FitCamp®️ and KFW StrollerFit programs, members are asked to bring 2 dumbbells.
Once you've joined a KFW Drop in workout
Please add info@keepfitwomen.com to your email contact list and complete the mandatory CSEP form (also linked on your invoice)
