Durham Region Virtual FitCamp (May/June/July/August)
4 LIVE workouts a week with your regular FitCamp Coaches on Zoom.
Workouts are recorded and available for replay throughout the program.
All you need is 2 dumbbells. No fancy equipment or workout space is required.

What if I miss a LIVE workout?
No problem. All virtual workouts are hosted live for members to interact with their coach but they are also available as a replay for the entire length of your program.
Replays are shared within 24 hours of scheduled live workout.
What do I need?
All you need to bring is 2 dumbells with you. Sometimes your coach will let you know if you need to bring a household item, like a chair or broomstick.
What size dumbbells?
How heavy your dumbbells should be depends on your current fitness/strength level. Most members bring 10, 12 or 15lbs.
