Tuesday and Thursday 7pm (Session Length: 45-60 minutes)
Location: Outdoors at RH Cornish P.S.
Dates: September 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26
This FitCamp includes FOUR Take home workouts. 1 each week
Please note: There are no sessions on STAT holidays

Weather Policy: “Rain We Train”, Thunder we reschedule. 

PLEASE NOTE: We require a minimum of 10 people per FitCamp block. If minimums are not met, the sessions will be canceled and the members will be transferred to another FitCamp, or receive a full refund.
