What are KFW FitCamp™️ style workouts? A combination of lots of fitness techniques with a ton of guidance and coaching! You can expect a comnbination of timed circuits, resistance training, HIIT, fun fitness games, agility work and so on! All fitness levels are welcome.

Hi, I’m Jeenie, fitness trainer, mom, wife, and founder of KeepFit Women. I’ve travelled a long road in my own health journey, which included navigating a hormone imbalance and three difficult pregnancies. Learning to approach health and fitness in a more holistic way completely changed the way I treated my body. I went from reaching for perfection to learning to find balance in my own healthy lifestyle. I learned to treat every part of myself well by valuing how I moved, what I ate, how I felt, and my emotional health.
I founded KeepFit Women so that I could take everything I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, and use it to help other women and moms who are struggling to put themselves first. This means finding a way of working out that works with your lifestyle, and approaching food with a healthy mindset so you can feel good about what you put on the table every night.
I’ve always made it my mission to lead with transparency. I’m not here to make empty promises about helping you “lose 100 lbs in 3 weeks”. I want all FitCampers to experience lasting change, and the best way to get there is by approaching health in a holistic and supportive way. Better yet, it’s about making the job of taking care of yourself easy and fun.
This is why we always strive for consistency over perfection. Showing up for yourself and finding joy in the process is what will bring you real results, and I can’t wait to watch you go through your own transformation and help you feel confident in your own skin.

What if I’m brand new to fitness?
If you are brand new to fitness or it’s just been a while since you challenged yourself physically, FitCamp is the perfect place to start. Our coaches will walk you through variations of exercises so that you can complete the workout at your own level. Our coaches are knowledgeable and are ready to help you anytime you need, providing you with all the support you need along the way.
What if I can’t keep up with the other FitCampers?
FitCamp is a safe, welcoming place. You don’t need to keep up with the other FitCampers to be successful. Your journey is about you becoming the best version of yourself, so don’t feel like you need to compete with anyone else.
At the end of the day, every FitCamper is in the same boat. We’re all here to challenge ourselves to meet our individual health goals and support one another along the way. As long as you’re doing your best, that’s all that matters.
